The title of my blog is pretty self-explanatory: I’m Essie and I eat.
From recipes, to restaurant reviews and profiling the amazing people I meet along the way my blog is a dedication to food and the purpose it serves in our lives daily.
My interest in food was mainly influenced by my Nigerian culture. Watching the process of family members creating various dishes with an array of aromas. That was when I realised how integral food was to our culture - it was a way of sharing, welcoming people into your home and bringing people together.
